Due to the nature of the products, we are not accepting returns for opened packages and used product.

eternalbeautyamerica.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier and file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your package was lost during the shipment - please, file a claim with shipping carrier.
