As a first-degree misdemeanor, a person can face up to one year in jail and a $1,000 fine. Those convicted of aggravated cyberstalking could face third-degree felony charges. The punishment includes a fine of up to $5,000 as well as five years in prison. We will report those actions to the FBI - Internet Crime Center and take all necessary legal actions.
