Domestic Shipping Policy

We do not ship to a shipping address that is different from the billing address.

Shipment processing time

Most orders are processed same day if placed before 2 pm EST Monday - Friday; on Saturday - before 10 am EST or sometimes we are not processing orders on Saturday until next business day. 

Shipping time is an estimate, not guaranteed.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing any problem with your order or address, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

eternalbeautyamerica.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages or lost packages

eternalbeautyamerica.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier and file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your package was lost during the shipment - please, file a claim with shipping carrier.

Incorrect or insufficient address

This is a customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.

Message us through our chat, provide your order number and correct shipping address.

If your package was returned to us because of insufficient address, we will send you an invoice for the shipping cost and we will re-ship your returned package.

We ship within the United States only.
